Before scheduling your first appointment, we verify insurance coverage in advance to ensure a smooth experience and avoid unexpected costs.
Here’s what we need to get started
Step 1 · Account Registration & Booking Request
Click the "Get Started" button below to create your secure patient portal account. Once registered, select your preferred date and time for your first visit.
*Please note: This is a booking request. Our team will review your information and confirm if we are currently accepting new patients for your specific needs.
Step 2: Submit Your Insurance Details
Once your appointment request is accepted, you will receive an email notification. If you plan to use health insurance, please log in to your Patient Portal and upload:

A clear photo of the Front of your insurance card.

A clear photo of the Back of your insurance card.
Step 3: Insurance Verification & Info Double-Check
Our billing team will review your insurance benefits and double-check all submitted personal information. If we need additional details or notice any discrepancy, we will reach out to you via text or email.
Step 4: Ready for Your First Appointment!
Once everything is verified, your status will be updated to "Ready." You will receive a final confirmation text with appointment details and arrival instructions. We look forward to seeing you!
